  1. Launched the growth dashboard

    Added an activity heatmap (site updates + GitHub commits), a TIL log, public yearly goals, a /now page, a reading shelf, and a stats dashboard. Everything is editable from Pages CMS and reachable from the homepage.

  2. Moved all content into Pages CMS

    Migrated home, projects, photography, journey, and contact content into CMS-managed collections so the whole site can be edited without touching code.
